Order Instructions
1.We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, lack of stock, or other issues that prevent us from accepting your order, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss alternatives or process refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2.For orders with multiple items, please check out using the same shopping cart. If separate checkouts result in two or more orders, please complete payment using the designated payment method/account for each. Please note that we are unable to combine payments or shipments, so please be mindful.
3.If you require an invoice with a VAT number, please indicate so in the comments before placing your order (provide the VAT number in the header). Requests for VAT numbers after the fact will not be accommodated.
Shipping Instructions
1.Upon confirmation of your order, please complete payment using the selected payment method to finalize the order.
2.We will dispatch your selected items immediately upon confirmation of payment. (Note: Shipping addresses cannot be PO boxes). For home delivery, the delivery driver will contact you via mobile phone, so please ensure you're reachable. For items delivered to designated convenience stores, you will receive a notification via SMS for pickup.
3.Please pick up your order at the specified convenience store within 7 days of receiving the notification. Failure to pick up the item within this period will result in the return of the item to our headquarters. We reserve the right to cancel the order and decide whether to proceed with shipping the item.
After Order Confirmation
For items in stock: Dispatch within 1-3 days (excluding shipping time).For pre-ordered items: Dispatch begins on the "shipment date" and follows the sequence of pre-order placement within one week (excluding shipping time).
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- ATM (Please provide the last five digits of the transfer after remittance).
- Convenience store code (Input the code at the multimedia kiosk of the four major convenience stores—711 - ibon, FamilyMart - FamiPort, Hi-Life - Life-ET, OK Mart - OK.go—and pay in cash at the counter).
- Convenience store barcode (Customers can print the barcode page or use the mobile phone screenshot method to pay cash at the counter of the four major convenience stores).
- Convenience store pickup payment (Total length and width cannot exceed 105 cm).
Shipping Methods
Shipping and Delivery / Arrival within 1-2 days after shipment (subject to logistics time).Note: Shipping fees are calculated by weight: NT$80 for up to 5kg, NT$120 for 5.1kg to 9.9kg, and NT$250 for 10kg or more.
Delivery range: Taiwan island, outlying islands (shipping fee not included).
Convenience store pickup payment (shipping fee NT$80) / Arrival at the store within approximately 2-3 days after shipment (based on 7-11 logistics time).
Note: Free shipping for purchases over NT$1000.
※ National holidays may delay delivery by 1-2 days due to increased shipments.
※ In case of incomplete recipient information, incorrect mobile phone numbers or email addresses, recipient unable to receive goods, unforeseen accidents, system equipment maintenance, inventory, inventory, and other factory replenishment situations, the delivery time will be postponed. We appreciate your understanding.
※ After the package is sent out, if the recipient's information is incorrect, the recipient cannot receive the goods, or the recipient's address is unattended for signing, resulting in the return of the package, the recipient must pay the shipping fee again before resending.

Delivery Time
Shipping time: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).Store to store pickup: Arrives approximately 2-4 days after shipping (convenience store SMS notification for pickup, please pick up within the deadline).
Note: Orders on holidays and consecutive holidays will be shipped on working days.For buyers who cannot wait or have urgent items, it is recommended to contact customer service in advance to confirm the availability of stock before placing an order!

Arrival and shipment times are subject to product page notes.Most pre-ordered items are expected to be shipped within approximately 15 working days, excluding holidays and the day of order. There may be discrepancies in timing. For urgent needs, please inquire about the status of the goods with customer service.
