Order Instructions

  1. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. If unforeseen circumstances, stock shortages, or other issues prevent us from accepting your order, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss options such as changing the order or issuing a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  2. When ordering multiple items, please check out with the same shopping cart. If you check out separately, resulting in two or more orders, please use the respective payment method/account for each order. Please note that our system cannot combine payments or orders for shipping, so please be mindful of this.
  3. If you require an invoice with a unified business registration number, please indicate this in the remarks before placing your order. Requests for post-order invoicing will not be entertained.

Delivery Time
  • Shipping Time: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays)
  • Convenience Store Pickup: Delivery within approximately 2-4 days after shipment (convenience stores will send pick-up notifications via SMS, please pick up your order within the specified timeframe)
  • Note: Orders placed on holidays or consecutive holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • For urgent orders or if you cannot wait, please contact customer service to confirm availability before placing your order!

Pre-ordered Items
  • Shipping and delivery times depend on the information provided on the product page.
  • Most pre-ordered items are expected to be shipped within approximately 15 working days, excluding holidays and the day of order. Please note that delivery times may vary, and if you have an urgent need, please contact customer service to inquire about the status of the item.

Shipping Methods
Dah Rong Shipping: Delivery usually takes 1-2 days after shipment (subject to logistics schedules, especially during holidays).
Note: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight. NT$80 for up to 5kg, NT$120 for 5.1kg to 9.9kg, and NT$250 for 10kg or above.
Delivery Areas: Taiwan (additional shipping fees for outlying islands)
Convenience Store Pickup (NT$80 shipping fee): Items will be available at the store approximately 2-3 days after shipment (based on 7-11 logistics schedules).
Note: Free shipping for orders over NT$1000.
